So I was watching the presidential address tonight and low & behold, one of those rolling information tickets came across the top of the screen. It appears that 2 cases of the swine flu may have been detected in my city. The Department of Health has shut down the county & city schools. Now what I want to know is how do we stop from getting this stuff? What if one of my babies already has it? Will keeping them out of school for 4 days really stop it from spreading?
Personally, I think that we as a society have brought this on ourselves. To often we take too many antibiotics, use too many preservatives, use too much sanitizer etc. I'm not saying we need to go back to bathing one a month or anything like that but there has got to be an equalizer. Maybe I don't know what I am talking about or maybe I am the right track. I just hope that no one else succumbs to this flu.

IDK about whether the sanitizer is a contributing factor, but you might want to keep it close for now. The CDC website says it does kill the flu virus, as long as it's alcohol-based.
